Yard Work!

Brian and I have been spending a lot of time working in the yard, especially since our A/C was not working and it was cooler outside! Yes, we were without A/C for 4 days and I was almost on the verge of a breakdown. Not just because it was extremely hot in my house, but because of a particular A/C company and their sub-par services. I was off work for 2 days in a row and this company was scheduled to come out and never did! I know this is a busy time for that business, BUT a phone call would have been nice. I sat at home, burning up, waiting for them to show up. Needless to say, I fired them.

We had this A/C issue last year and we had it "fixed", but I guess they really didn't fix it. Luckily, our home is less than 4yrs old and it was still under warranty! Hopefully, American Home Shield got it right this time... I have come to the conclusion that A/C is a necessity in Texas and I am willing to pay whatever it costs!
